Facing major global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical instability, declining birthrates, and economic recession, we feel a profound sense of responsibility. The SDG Group—comprising MEAN WELL, POWERNEX, SHARE WELL, and the MEAN WELL Foundation—has integrated nine of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its corporate sustainability blueprint. The group is committed to promoting global standard power supply solutions and accelerating the transition to green energy. Through the establishment of the SDG Industry Value Network, we aim to collaborate with trusted partners to foster 100 ESG-aligned enterprises, expand a virtuous cycle of positive impact, and co-create a sustainable future.

In 2023, MEAN WELL founder Mr. Jerry Lin was received by Pope Francis at the Vatican Embassy. Deeply inspired by the Pope’s encyclical Laudato Si’ (“Praise Be to You”), which calls for the care of our common home, Mr. Lin was profoundly moved by its message of love and sharing. Recognizing the powerful influence of business in shaping society, the SDG Group launched the SDG Sustainability Exhibition Tour in 2024. This global initiative brings together academia, the arts, and nonprofit organizations to create a shared platform that fosters cross-sector dialogue and strengthens the connection between sustainability and society. Our goal is to raise public awareness of sustainable development issues while generating shared economic and cultural value.

Driven by innovative thinking, the SDG Sustainability Exhibition embodies the core principles of sustainable development—building consensus, encouraging sharing, and promoting collective well-being—as we strive to create a better environment for future generations.
